Te One & Kaingaroa Schools:

CIH suspended its original timeframe to accommodate the MoE Network Upgrade, but when this was delayed further, we decided to push ahead as the schools and families were waiting. We had in-depth discussion and consultation with 2020 and the ARK on the best option for the home PC's for the Chathams . Given the factors of distance, transport costs, availability of technical support, facilities and potential e-waste on the islands, our collective decision was to provide new computers for the CIH families. 20 families have enrolled for Te One School which leaves 5 places to be shared between Pitt and Kaingaroa schools
