    Three Rivers Connect a community IT project in Pennsylvania , has a project for pupils to build their own computers from recycled materials

    Seattle Information Age Education Campaign The presentation is an outreach tool that targets under-served communities and encourages them to learn to use computers and the Internet. Its target audiences include low-income communities, seniors, immigrant communities, the computer-phobic, and those who, for whatever reason, have not been able to take advantage of new technology. It is an introduction to basic communications tools and free or almost-free training.
