Their team processes our requests and make nothing too much trouble for CIH.

Another business with a team that has given generous service to Computers In Homes. MD Tim Findlay has shown that it is the customer that counts by giving personal service to CIH families and even flying to Christchurch for us in a time of need, plus sponsoring extra training for 14 families.

SNAP is an internet service provider who provides subsidised broadband for CIH families. They have recently received the internet service provider of the year award at the 2009 TUANZ Innovations Awards. CIH pays the first 6 months and Watchdog continues this reduced cost to families for a further 12 months if they wish. CIH is especially grateful for their dialup helpdesk service.
